Tender description

Chesterfield Borough Council is looking to appoint a main contractor to design and build a multi storey car park in Chesterfield Town Centre, to be known as the Saltergate Multi Storey Car Park. It is intended that the new parking facility will be operational by December 2018. The new facility will replace the existing Saltergate Multi Storey Car Park which has reached the end of its design life and which will be demolished under separate contract. The Council aspires to achieve a like for like replacement of 529 car parking spaces. A multi storey car park in Chesterfield.
