The InterTradeIreland Challenge Programme assists SMEs to embed a structured approach to innovation by giving them access to a proven, sustainable and repeatable innovation system. Following a 2 phase pilot programme, a full roll-out of the InterTradeIreland Innovation Challenge Programme commenced in February 2014. This first roll-out phase is now approaching completion. InterTradeIreland now requires the services of a suitably competent consultant or group of consultants hereafter referred to as the Delivery Agent to deliver the second roll-out phase of the InterTradeIreland Innovation Challenge Programme aimed at markedly improving the competitiveness and profitable growth of companies based on an improved and sustainable innovation management capability.
