The Authority on behalf of the Northern Ireland Public Sector intends to establish a framework for the provision of external professional services in relation to Multi Specialism Programme Delivery. It is envisaged the scope of the Framework will provide a single route to access the provision of strategic, high level and innovative advice across a wide range of disciplines. The main elements which the scope of this Framework may cover are: 1. Transformational Projects. 2. Advisory Services. 3. Programme Delivery. 4. Multi Disciplinary Deployment of Resources. Please note this is an indicative list and elements may be added, amended or deleted prior to going to tender. The Framework has the potential to cover all bodies listed in https://www.finance-ni.gov.uk/publications/list-public-bodies-which-can-participate-cpd-collaborative-frameworks. A DoF project will be used as a scenario to establish the Framework.
