Tender description
Removals Service SCC 141 Overview The contract is divided into 2 lots and tenderers have submitted prices for 1 or both lots. But have submitted prices for all the items within a lot they have selected. Lot 1 — Residential Removals and Storage including: Tenant Incentive Scheme (TIS); Deaths involving the Treasury; Evictions or abandoned properties; Emergency Moves. The total estimated annual expenditure (excluding VAT) on residential removals is 70 000 GBP. This value is based on historical spend data and is intended to be used as a guide only and is not a guarantee of the level of business that will be generated from the contract. Lot 2 — Office Removals including: Removal service including hire of crates for up to 4 weeks for larger office moves and removal only service for smaller moves.
