The provision of a school meal catering service for Washingwell Community Primary School that can deliver a good selection of healthy, nutritious food which is cost effective and gives value for money to students and school staff. There are 2 options available to the school: Option 1 — The School will provide and be responsible for all kitchen appliances, which they will repair, maintain and replace if necessary. Option 2 — The successful tenderer will provide and be responsible for all kitchen appliances, which they will repair, maintain and replace if necessary. Tenderers must complete pricing for both options and the school will award to the most economically advantageous option. The members of staff currently employed under the current catering contract are likely to be subject to the provisions of the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 (TUPE) and automatically transfer to the new contractor.
