RFT for Provision of a Meeting's Management System

Tender description

Roscommon County Council invites tenders for the provision of a Meeting's Management System to facilitate the introduction of paperless Council, Committee and staff meetings. It is anticipated that the implementation of a product that is specifically focused on the management of meetings and related documentation, will lead to an improvement in the process of managing Agendas, Reports, Council Questions , Motions required for Council and Committee Meetings and all internal organisational meetings. In addition, the deployment and configuration of workflow technologies will improve the flow and processing of information between Councillors, Committee members, the Chief Executive’s office and the other departments in Roscommon County Council.
