Tender description

The Defence Forces intends to tender for the provision of services for a ‘Brand Led’ Recruitment Campaign. Essentially, the Defence Forces requires a repositioning of its brand in support of new organisational objectives, one that can be incorporated into a recruitment campaign. The successful tenderer will be called on to work collaboratively with the Defence Forces on the rebrand and the subsequent recruitment campaign. The Defence Forces intends to launch a rebrand of the Defence Forces, which will be used during a recruitment campaign in February 2017. The Defence Forces will award a contract for an initial one year period, following which, if services are deemed satisfactory, an additional two x one year periods can be awarded (1 +2). The contract is subject to satisfactory performance and regular review of cost competitiveness. The tenderer can make more than one fully costed proposal and optional extras. The Defence Forces reserves the right to cancel this contract on the provision of 30 days’ notice to the successful tenderer. In the event of the Defence Forces cancelling the contract, all monies pre-paid for the contract must be returned to the Defence Forces within 30 days of termination of the contract. Objectives Re position Defence Forces brand to support organisational objectives. Develop a successful recruitment campaign, and related content, which supports the roll out of the new brand concept. Content creation to support the roll out of new brand concept. Produce a ‘Brand book’ to guide Defence Forces stationary, merchandise and brand content production. Specific Tender Requirements • The Tenderer must:  Demonstrate an ability to develop a Defence Forces brand concept in support of organisational objectives.  Demonstrate the ability to develop and launch a brand led recruitment campaign for Army, Air Corps and Naval Service.  Demonstrate an ability to provide creative content in order to support a recruitment campaign.  Demonstrate an ability to provide a brand book to
