Tender description

This PIN is being published by the Road Safety Authority (RSA) for the purposes of informing potential service providers of the upcoming public competition for the provision of consultancy services in connection with the monitoring of the National Car Testing Service (NCTS) and managing the process of securing a franchisee to provide and operate the NCTS for the 10 year period 2020 to 2029. Please note that the RSA will hold a tenderer briefing regarding this forthcoming competition in early to mid-February. Interested parties must contact etuffy@rsa.ie by 17:00 on January 20th in order to register their participation. Please also note that this is not a call for competition and no proposals are being sought at this stage. The RSA expects to publish the RFT for the aforementioned services in the month of March 2017. Preliminary requirements of the forthcoming competition include the following 1. Supervision and monitoring of the NCTS operation and delivery 2.
