Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) for an ICT Partner for the Provision of Certain ICT Services for the Houses of the Oireachtas

Tender description

The services to be provided include a range of ICT development to support the future growth of activities with the Houses of the Oireachtas: • Design and implement an “Enterprise Architecture” that will act as a blue print for all future Information Technology decisions on standards, technology, systems design, security and network design. • Implementation of a central repository/data warehouse for all data • Review of all data streams and delivery of data (ETL) to the data warehouse from individual systems on a phased basis, prioritising the requirements of the website development project • Design, implementation, content migration to and support of the Houses of the Oireachtas website, including API development, provision of a CMS, and related services in respect of website publishing for the Houses of the Oireachtas • Quality assure IT projects to ensure alignment with Enterprise Architecture, compatibility and ability to interoperate at a hardware level (equipment, infrastructure and communications-transport) and ability to deliver data to the data warehouse • Provide integration services in support of the redevelopment and rationalisation of systems and advisory services on the implementation of new systems into the Houses of the Oireachtas.
