Tender description

NHS Lothian wishes to secure an independent NHS committed general dental practice to assume responsibility for the dental patients currently registered with the Public Dental Service at Craigshill in Livingston, West Lothian. You must remain NHS committed for the entire term of the lease. The Health Centre is owned by NHS Lothian and you will be a tenant of NHS Lothian. The Centre houses a general medical practice and all associated community health services and is at the entrance to the Craigshill Shopping Mall. The unit consists of 4 dental surgeries, reception and waiting area located in a self contained part of Craigshill Health Centre. The dental unit is on the 1st floor of the Centre with its own entrance and lift. The lift was installed in 2015 and serves only the dental department. The salaried practice has approximately 3 000 registered patients and almost all patients would be offered the opportunity to transfer their registration to the new practice.
