Tender description
The Council is looking to engage a suitably qualified consultant to provide support during the next phase of the Commissioning Review of the Housing Management Service which is the Development and Evaulation of Housing options. The aim of the consultancy support is principally to provide expertise in Housing Management and knowledge of the different models available for the provision of this service. This will involve developing appropriate structures and costings following an analysis of the functions to be carried out and how they might best be configured; and a detailed report and independent evaluation of the options.
