Provision of Highways and Transportation Consultancy Services including General Services, Traffic and Highways Engineering, Structural Engineering, Asset Management, Bridge Inspections, Urban Design Safety Audits, Flood Management and Construction (Design and Management) Services. A Framework Contract divided into 4 Lots will be open to London Contracts and Suppliers Group. Local Authority members are listed below some of whom have expressed interest. This procurement is to establish a new Framework Contract, divided into 4 lots as follows: Lot 1: Bridge Inspections — The Council will appoint 1 contractor to Lot 1. Lot 2: Condition Surveys — The Council will appoint 1 contractor to Lot 2. Lot 3: Transport and Engineering Services — The Council intends to appoint 3 contractors to Lot 3 of the Framework Contract. Lot 4: Flood Management — The Council will appoint 1 contractor to Lot 4.
