Tender description
The subject matter of this procurement procedure is preparation and implementation of the 4th European company survey in all European Union (EU) Member States. This is a joint procurement of Eurofound and Cedefop which decided not only to join resources and expertise at this stage but at the contract implementation stage as well. For lot 1 the contractor will be required to administer both the management and the employee representative interview through computer-assisted Web interviewing (CAWI). The screening for respondents should be carried out through computer-assisted telephone interviewing (CATI). For lot 2 the contractor will be required to carry out all stages of the survey through CATI.
