Tender description

The Supplier will be a leading provider of corporate employee benefits solutions and related services including a web enabled hosted colleague benefits enrolment tool (a Service Software Platform) which supports administrative application and annually communicates the Client’s benefits programme to its colleagues, in addition to facilitating selection of benefits by colleagues. The Supplier will provide the following Services:- • A colleague Benefits Marketplace, with connected brokerage Services related to the supply of such. The Service shall be provided using a generic approach of standardised systems, processes, templates and methods, accepting that customisation and implementation of such is required with the Clients own branding and utilisation of the terminology “colleague” and not “employee; and • A bespoke, specifically configured, Client branded area of a Service Software Platform application, permitting access by the Client and its colleagues as part of the provision of the Services (subject to compliance with the “Acceptable Usage Policy”), with the Client’s nominated users having administrator rights to make changes to the Client area on the platform; and • Employee engagement and communications Services; and • Benefits management Services.
