Crown Commercial Service wishes to establish a pan-government e-marketplace solution to be optionally utilised by the entirety of the UK Public Sector. The above Contracting Authority(s) have a need for an e-marketplace type solution for the UK Public Sector. The scope includes all of the support services, e.g. change management that are required to make Crown Marketplace a success. The e-marketplace will be an online service available to the entire UK Public Sector connecting buyers to suppliers, offering the most competitive deals on a wide range of common goods and services. Crown Marketplace will deliver: 1) Value for the UK Taxpayer; 2) A consumer-like experience; 3) Mass user adoption; 4) Easier access to the UK Public Sector market; 5) An innovative and dynamic solution.
