• Contract and Vendor Management o Review and audit of existing IT contracts processes o On-going contract and commercial management services o Development of contract and commercial roadmaps o Development of contracts registers and central document management function o Commercial management, administration, engagement and reporting with provider partners and internal functions • Procurement Management o Review of existing procurement processes o Gap analysis against standard NHS procurement processes and frameworks o Review of IT order processing, i.e., scheme of delegations, SFIs. o Procurement Development o Management guidance, administration, and support for new procurements o Assisting IT with pre-market engagement and supplier selection to support to support the centralisation and management of IT services. o Support to existing teams with In Flight Procurements • Commercial Management o Rationalisation and amalgamation of all IT contracts and services into a centrally managed service or portfolio • Planning and Business Analysis • Service Integration Management • Digital Transformation o Support for the Trusts development of the Digital and Transformation Strategies, commercial and technology elements o Working with the Trusts external parties and other NHS organisations to assist the Trust in the delivery against STP and Five Year Forward View ambitions
