The commissioning department require suppliers to provide them with a range of outdoor equipment. The equipment required is as follows however additional similar items may be added: 1. 4 Season Sleeping Bags 2. 3 Season Sleeping Bags 3. Sleeping Mats 4. Head-torches 5. Camp bed/Cot 6. Back Pack 7. Jackets (inc extreme weather protection) 8. Trousers 9. Thermal Base Top 10. Thermal Base Trousers 11. Hats 12. Gloves 13. Socks 14. Boots Bidders must have the capacity to provide all of the items on the list within the specification set, and the ability to deliver large quantities within short time-frames to assist our humanitarian operations overseas. This Framework Agreement is being established in order to necessitate any potential urgent requirements for outdoor equipment. Bidders must be able to offer all items as detailed in the Terms of Reference with exact requirements and quantities defined at mini-competition stage.
