Project: Annual servicing of commercial gas fired appliances at various council premises throughout the borough of Barnsley Estimated value:£75,000 - £80,000 per annum Contract Start: September/October 2017 (Precise Date to be agreed). Contract Completion: September/October 2020 (Precise date to be confirmed). Extensions: With an option to extend for a further two years (1 +1) Description of Works:The works comprise annual servicing of commercial gas fire appliances. The servicing will include a full strip down summer service (April-July), followed by cursory appliance inspection check winter service (October –December). Any additional works such as repairs instructed as a result of the service may form part of the contract. A 24hr/365day emergency call out facility will be an essential requirement of the contract.
