Nottinghamshire County Council is seeking an understanding of the market interest in the land adjacent to County Hall, West Bridgford, Nottingham. NG2 7QP. This is a highly sought after development site in a prime location next to the River Trent. More details regarding the size and location of the potential development site are illustrated in the brochure attached within the portal at www.eastmidstenders.org. All interested parties must register an interest within the Due North e-tendering portal www.eastmidstenders.org in relation to the project. This will ensure all parties are privy to any communications and developments from Nottinghamshire County Council in relation to this market engagement exercise. This P.I.N is not a call for competition. Nottinghamshire County Council are interested to hear the initial views of developers on the potential future use of this site. A questionnaire is available for completion within the e-tendering portal www.eastmidstenders.org. Parties are invited to complete this questionnaire and return it via the messaging facility within the e-tendering portal by Friday 23.6.2017. Nottinghamshire County Council have appointed Savills to support this market engagement exercise. Contact details for the Savills representatives are available within the brochure. Please direct any queries to the Savills representatives.
