This notice is not an invitation for formal expressions of interest. Arc are issuing this PIN for the purpose of pre-procurement market engagement, in line with UK Government Lean Sourcing guidelines, by engagement with the market through a Market Awareness Event, before the start of a formal procurement process for a Framework for construction works for which a separate Contract Notice will be issued. At the Market Awareness event Arc will inform the market about their up coming procurement. In the formal procurement process to follow, applications will be invited from experienced suppliers of construction works who can provide high quality services using a customer focused approach particularly in the public sector. The specific works and services that may be procured under the Framework cannot be clearly defined at this stage, however the nature and types of works that may be required may include those services identified by CPV codes. Projects between 0 GBP — 7 500 GBP. Estimated Value excluding VAT 500 000 GBP. Estimated Value based on Framework Duration of four (4) years. This will comprise of 2 years plus optional extionsion years of One plus One years (2) + (1) + (1) years. Therefore an estimated annual value of 125 000 GBP. Projects between 5 000 GBP — 20 000 GBP. Estimated Value excluding VAT 800 000 GBP. Estimated Value based on Framework Duration of four (4) years. This will comprise of 2 years plus optional extionsion years of One plus One years (2) + (1) + (1) years. Therefore an estimated annual value of 200 000 GBP. Projects between 0 GBP — 7 500 GBP.
