Tender description

Coast & Country Housing Ltd seeks to appoint a Contractor to carry out Electrical Rewire work to properties across it's Estate. The work will range from partial rewires of, for example, Kitchens and/or Bathrooms through to a full property rewire and including provision of Fire and multi sensor alarms and detectors. The Contract will be undertaken on a "supply and fit" basis. NE Procurement Ltd ("NEP") is managing this procurement on behalf of the Contracting Body
