The Bank of England has a requirement for a supplier to assist the Bank in recruitment assessment services. This will involve the delivery of Early Careers assessment processes, and ad-hoc capability to manage assessments and screening for Experienced Hire campaigns. The contract will be let as 3 year term with 2 x 12 month extensions available, subject to satisfactory performance and cost. This will involve the delivery of Early Careers assessment processes, and ad-hoc capability to manage assessments and screening for Experienced Hire campaigns. The service to include setting up and managing an Application Tracking System (ATS) on behalf of the Bank for Early Careers schemes, resources are required to process up to 4 000 applications within a single scheme, its screening to be completed within 1 week of application deadline, application sifting of c. 10 000 applications per annum, progressing through testing stages, and assessing video and telephone interviews. The supplier will represent the Bank to third party suppliers and act as the main liaison point to candidates throughout the process, and will manage all interview and Assessment Centre scheduling.
