***Contract Awarded.***Cheshire East Council requires a web-hosted Media and Communications management software which will be used to record media activity (releases, enquiries, interview requests etc.), record relevant coverage and hold a database of journalist and stakeholder contacts. We need to be able to link different types of activity, records and coverage and report effectively across a range of criteria. While the systems and processes currently used involve mostly manual data entry we are interested to learn what options are available for both manual and automated data entry where appropriate.
