***This contract has been awarded***The Cheshire Homechoice Partnership (CHC) is procuring a contract for the supply and implementation of an Application, Allocations and Choice Based Lettings (CBL) Solution to enable effective management of the housing register and improve efficiency within the Partner's allocations and new tenancies teams. The objective of the project is to improve the partner's overall performance on void turnaround and the local authority's assessment of applications through process efficiency improvements. Cheshire Homechoice is a Choice Based Lettings partnership of: • Cheshire East Council • Peaks & Plains Housing Trust • Plus Dane Housing • Wulvern Housing In addition to a growing number of sub-partner registered providers. Submissions must be received via The Chest https://www.The-Chest.org.uk Please note you are required to register, express an interest, download the Request For Quotation (RFQ) documentation and upload the completed RFQ documentation by below deadline.
