Tender description

Worcestershire County Council (‘The Council’) has a requirement to provide a quality and efficient interpreting and translation service to enable effective communication with Worcestershire service users. The Council and four (4) of the six (6) District Councils in Worcestershire (Bromsgrove District Council, Redditch Borough Council, Worcester City Council and Wyre Forest District Council) intend to identify preferred first and alternative Providers for the provision of interpreting and translation services to the Councils. Lot 1 One (1) preferred and one (1) alternative Provider will be selected for the provision of all of the following services: — Face to face interpreting, — Telephone interpreting, — Written translation. Lot 2 — A single Provider will be selected for the provision of British Sign Language interpreting. Tenderers will be able to bid for 1 or both Lots.
