Design and installation of modular classroom block extension linked to the existing modular unit for Penpol School, 2 St Georges Road, Hayle, Cornwall, TR27 4AH. Associated external works, including ramp and steps for access, plus raised timber deck. Removal of existing external store access doors and partition wall allowing a new access to be formed, including the removal of the existing toilets and associated works forming new lobby and new toilets within.
