Framework for the provision of Modular/Offsite construction including: Bespoke Modular Buildings (hire, lease and purchase) Modular Healthcare Units (hire, lease and purchase) Modular Educational Units (hire, lease and purchase) Modular Catering and Kitchen Units (hire, lease, purchase and managed service) This Framework aims to compliment the speed of Modular/Offsite Construction by providing an equally quick, easy and compliant procurement route. All Framework suppliers will perform work as the principal contractor and are able to offer a full range of turnkey solutions including but not limited to feasibility studies, planning applications, full architectural design, enabling works, site works, landscaping and soft landings.
