NHS Protect (NHSP) is to be set up as new independent organisation to tackle serious and organised fraud across the NHS in England and become known as the NHS Counter Fraud Authority (NHSCFA). The NHSCFA will be an independent body dedicated to fight fraud, bribery and corruption in the health service in England. It will ensure that money provided for the front line care of patients will be used exactly for that, and not put into the pockets of the minority who seek to divert the NHS funds for their own use. This requirement is for a specialist media or communications organisation to work with the existing NHSP communications team to develop a media and communications strategy that will attract maximum exposure for this new organisation while developing a range of digital material to continue to promote the organisation
