Visit Wales contributes to the Welsh Government's strategic and operational targets designed to grow the visitor economy in Wales. The key action being to promote Wales as a destination with a high quality tourism offer. Germany is a priority international market for Visit Wales and we are seeking to appoint a contractor to contribute towards the German Market plan and overall growth target for tourism to Wales and deliver the following: 1. German Market — Travel Trade Management; 2. German Market — Online Content and Social Marketing Delivery; 3. German Market — Marketing Consultancy. Visit Wales contributes to the Welsh Government's strategic and operational targets designed to grow the visitor economy in Wales. Germany is a priority international market for Visit Wales and we are seeking to appoint a contractor to contribute towards the German Market plan and overall growth target for tourism to Wales and deliver the following: 1. German Market — Travel Trade Management: Deliver an effective and dynamic on territory travel trade service to drive awareness of Wales as a holiday destination, educate the travel trade industry on the range of products and experiences available in Wales, and identify and develop partnerships with key players in the travel trade industry to pursue new and further opportunities to increase both the awareness of and number of visits to Wales. 2. German Market — Online Content and Social Marketing Delivery: Manage the Visit Wales German language website and social media channels and support Visit Wales Digital marketing activities. 3. German Market — Marketing Consultancy: Provide marketing consultancy services and advice to Visit Wales on German market plans. Working in an integrated way with the appointed agencies for PR, media buying, creative development and digital campaigns.
