Tender description

Provision of Employee Counselling Services for 3 years. The service provider will provide counselling services covering a range of work related issues, where these are impacting on an individual's ability to attend, remain in and/or be productive at work. The counselling services to be provided must be person centred and solution focussed. Some of the key issues to be addressed will include (but will not be limited to): a) Absence from work; b) Stress; c) Relationships at work; d) Coping with change; e) Work performance; f) Suspension from work; g) Grievance and harassment; h) Workload pressures; i) Redundancy.
