External repairs and decorations with Internal repairs, FRA works and decorations to common areas. — Location: Gloucester Terrace, London, W2. — Length of contract: 60 working weeks from the date of possession. External roofing renewal/repairs, window overhaul/repairs with new draft proofing, render/stucco repairs, concrete/stone repairs and decorations. Internal Fire Risk Assessment works to include emergency lighting, wireless fire detection and decoration to Class ‘0’ standard. New electrical Door Entry Systems.
