Options to be fulfilled from this contract. To manufacture uPVC windows and provide on a supply only basis. To manufacture uPVC windows and provide on a supply and fit basis. To supply single & double glazed units with the option to install as well. Futures Housing Group (FHG) seeks to establish a suitable contractor/s to work alongside our internal Development Team and Repairs Team to manufacture and supply a range of replacement windows and glazing units as and when required. This contract will particularly suit SME Contractors. The contract requires options to include surveys & installation as well as the manufacture of windows to the Group and to its framework contractors and supply partners. The Group is committed to an exciting opportunity to build 1 000 new homes by 2020. This contract requires suitable contractors to deliver the following options across the Group. For clarity, Group partners in this tender are Futures Homescape Limited (FHL), Futures Homeway Limited (FHW) Limehouse Developments Ltd, any other FHG group company and its supply partners.
