Tender description

The works will involve erection of scaffolding to the G Block flat roof along the central spine of the main PEH building. The existing siftings are to be removed and the roof re-covered with a new insulated covering with a 20 year guarantee. The Sherwill Link roof will also be included in the tender package but be dependent on the cost of the G Block roof. The work to the Sherwill Link will involve removal of the existing wood wool slab deck. A new insulated deck is to be installed with a new insulated covering with a 20 year guarantee.
