Repair and maintenance services of electrical building installations

Tender description

It is Southside Housing Association Ltd.’s intention to enter into a contract with 1 contractor to deliver their 5 Year Electrical Inspection Contract and Portable Appliance Testing in Glasgow South. All works to be in accordance with the Current Edition of the IEE Wiring Regulations. It is envisaged that the contract will be from 1.4.2017 until 31.3.2022. The works comprise the Inspection, identification and locating of faults and remedial works to the Electrical Installations and Portable Appliance Testing within low, medium and high rise residential properties. Further properties may be added to or omitted from the contract at the discretion of Southside Housing Association Ltd. Electrical Inspections, Remedial Works and Portable Appliance Testing as noted in the ITT.
