Tender description

Cheltenham Borough Council and Cheltenham Borough Homes are seeking to appoint a specialist Lift Maintenance Services Provider to provide planned and reactive maintenance and repair provision for the fleet of lifts across their Estates. The successful bidder will provide the CBC and CBH with a professionally managed, high quality preventative maintenance service for all designated lifts, including attendances for adjustments, repairs, regular servicing and preventative maintenance and emergency call outs. The successful bidder will be appointed for a period of three years with the option to extend for a further year, subject to satisfactory performance. Cheltenham Borough Council are acting as the lead authority for this Procurement.
