NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands CSU (AGCSU) on behalf of NHS England Midlands and East (Central Midlands), NHS Leicester City CCG and NHS East Leicestershire and Rutland CCG (referred to as ‘the Commissioners’ from this point onwards) are inviting suitably qualified and experienced Providers to deliver the Specialist GP services within Leicester City and East Leicestershire and Rutland For Leicester City ASSIST Service. Leicester City CCG is the overall (‘commissioner’) for the Leicester City CCG Homeless Service. This procurement will be conducted by AGCSU on behalf of England, Midlands and East (Central Midlands) (referred to as the Commissioners). Any contract arising from this procurement will be between the successful Provider and NHS England (National Health Service Commissioning Board). The successful Bidder will be awarded an Alternative Provider of Medical Services (APMS) contract for this Lot that will meet the technical and financial requirements for NHS England Midlands and East (Central Midlands) and Leicester City CCG. An agreement will be established with the successful Bidder(s) for a period of 5 years for the Leicester City ASSIST Service for an estimated contract value of 2 209 000 GBP and 95 010 GBP for Kennedy House. There will be no option to extend the contract period. TUPE will apply to the contract. It is essential that interested Providers must be able to demonstrate an ability to mobilise the service to ensure a service commencement date of 1.10.2017. The successful Bidder will be awarded an Alternative Provider of Medical Services (APMS) contract for this Lot that will meet the technical and financial requirements for NHS England Midlands and East (Central Midlands) and Leicester City CCG and NHS East Leicestershire and Rutland CCG. An agreement will be established with the successful Bidder(s) for a period of 5 years for Leicester City Homeless Service. A business case has been submitted to an NHS England internal governance board, if approved, the Commissioner will have the option to extend the contract for up to a further 2 years, subject to a review of the delivery and performance of the contract. The estimated contract value for Leicester City Homeless Service will be 3 080 000 GBP for 5 years, or 4 312 000 GBP for 7 years. TUPE will apply to the contract.
