Advanced Office Building for IDA Ireland, designed to provide high quality office accommodation, which will accommodate future technological businesses. General description of the proposal — the construction and completion of an Advanced Office Building, including reinforced Concrete (RC) foundations and ground floor slab, blockwork and RC rising walls, steelwork frame, cladding/external façade/finishes (TBC), RC and blockwork walls and partitions, Composite floors and stairs, glazing and doors, M+E installations, lifts and associated siteworks. The unit will be completed to shell & core level in the office areas.
