Tender description
This is a contract for the treasury for research into infrastructure decision making part particularly from an infrastructure developer perspective. The research should draw on the practice of decision-making and planning from other countries and identify any delays or barriers to long-term decision-making. Whilst Her Majesty's Treasury is the Contracting Authority, all analysis and outputs in the requirement are commissioned by, and will be delivered exclusively to, the National Infrastructure Commission ("NIC") an executive agency of the Treasury
