Tender description
Scottish Enterprise has a requirement to appoint 1 supplier through an open tender process to provide a Food and Drink Innovation Insights Service. The contract will be for a 3 year period with Scottish Enterprise reviewing the contract after an 18 month period and may decide to terminate the contract if objectives and outcomes are not being achieved.
