Tender description

The Supply of Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) telephone handsets (approximately 3 000) and associated licensing. Expressions of interest are invited from suitably qualified companies for the Supply of Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) telephone handsets and associated licensing. Suppliers should note that handsets will require to be fully compatible with the Council's existing telephony service which is currently underpinned by Cisco Call Manager Version 11. Compatibility applies to both the operation of the phone and any required firmware or software patch updates deployed centrally from the Cisco Call Manager servers. Standard phones, Analogue Adapters and feature phones, capable of supporting extension mobility services, will be a requirement. The Council seek to procure a high volume of VoIP handsets in the range of approximately 3 000 handsets.
