Tender description
Contract Award Notice. Maintenance of the prisoner telephone system (an analogue / digital hybrid) within the publically prisons managed by the Scottish Prison Service for a minimum period 3 years with options for a year 4 or 5. The SPS has undertaken a direct award to Redwood Technologies to continue the support and maintenance of the as installed prisoner telephony system within 13 Scottish prison for a minimum of 3 years with an option to extend up to 5 years in total. The annual value of the maintenance services is circa 367 000 GBP per annum (average).
