Stevenage Borough Council, North Hertfordshire District Council and Broxbourne Borough Council are coming to the end of the current 4 year building compliance services framework. The Councils now require a single supplier building compliance framework. The Councils currently oversee approximately 200 non-domestic council properties operated throughout Hertfordshire. The purpose of this notice is to gauge market interest in the proposed compliance framework, to gain market views and opinions on specific elements of the clients procurement strategy and proposed delivery model as set out in an online Survey Monkey questionnaire. The deadline for responding to the survey is Tuesday 2.5.2017 at 17:30. Stevenage Borough Council, North Hertfordshire District Council and Broxbourne Borough Council (the Council's) currently receive building compliance servicing and maintenance of their non-housing property portfolio's through contracts called off from single supplier framework which is due to expire in March 2018. The Council's are now engaged in a collaborative process to put in place new arrangements for the compliance servicing and maintenance of these properties from April 2018 and they wish to engage with potential suppliers to ensure that the most appropriate procurement strategy is adopted. The Councils are small local district Councils and the properties concerned are generally their smaller non-domestic buildings such as park pavilions, offices, depots, community centres, public conveniences and the myriad of buildings that make up a local authorities corporate property estate.
