Tender description
A TPC2005 Term Partnering Contract with a single contractor to deliver a programme of Response Repairs, Void Works, Planned Works and Cyclical Servicing Works for a duration of 10 years. A contract to deliver a programme of response repairs, void works, cyclical servicing and planned works. Please note that planned works are to be included in the contract from year 2 onwards. The contract will be a TPC2005 (as amended) for a period of 10 years subject to achievement of prescribed performance targets by the Service Provider. Planned Maintenance works will be delivered from year 2 onwards only subject to satisfactory performance.
