Metropolitan Housing trust intends to enter into contract, 10 day following transmission of this notice, with Alertacall Ltd (Housing Proactive) for a housing management based system based on the proactive daily contact with tenants. The service will perform the following functions: — Set up regular ‘check ins’ with tenants, replacing the need for daily wellbeing checks, — Alert customers of important messages from Metropolitan, — Report back to a call centre if checks are not met and alert support networks or Metropolitan as agreed individually, — Provide Metropolitan with reports that can be used to indicate any potential changes in housing related support for an individual or area. The Service is based around proactive daily contact with tenants which will be used to assist in the management of dwellings in which there are tenants with higher housing management needs being the only such system approved as UK Housing Benefit eligible and being the only such system with its particular.
