Preliminary Market Consultation Establishing Selective Licensing Northern Lincolnshire

Both North and North East Lincolnshire are looking to establish a Selective Licensing in each borough. The area’s identified are contained in the PMC document. These areas have a number of common issues including; high levels of anti-social behaviour, high densities of poorly managed privately rented properties and low housing demand Engie on behalf of the Councils are considering options how they can engage a consultative body to work with the Councils, facilitate the community engagement, develop the application and assist progressing the application through to approval from the Secretary of State. The Councils are looking to engage with progressive and experienced practitioners, who have experience of implementing a selective licensing scheme. Keywords: Housing , Licensing
