Tender description

The Council is seeking expressions of interest for a Systems Implementer for migration, implementation and configuration from the Oracle ERP Platform 12.1.3 and OBIEE version 11.1.1.610 to Oracle Cloud, Financials/Human Capital Management (SaaS). Estimated Contract signed by 31.10.2017 followed by mobilisation with service commencing January 2018. The contract will run for an initial term of 1 year. The maximum value if the contract runs to the full term of 2 years is estimated at 750 000 GBP. The scope of the project includes Finance, Procurement, HR and Payroll. The Authority will be taking a strong business change management led approach to the programme, which will require high levels of collaboration between the Council's change team, the SI provider and business representatives to deliver a successful outcome. The specific approach and phasing of the business change plan will be developed and agreed by the Council and the SI at the start of the programme.
