The States of Jersey is inviting tenders for a merchant acquirer that will provide cost effective merchant services for an increasing number of credit/debit card payments that are collected for the full range of services provided by the States of Jersey. The States of Jersey are tendering for services of a corporate merchant acquirer to facilitate credit and debit card processing on behalf of customers within the following environments:- • Internet • Cardholder present; • Cardholder not present; The States of Jersey is improving the way in which customers can pay for services received and how payment is managed within back-end systems.
