Estates Services - Provision of Grounds Maintenance

Tender description

This contract is for the provision of grounds maintenance to the communal areas of our estates. The tender specification will set out in detail of the required activities, expected outcomes and frequencies of these services. The provision of these services is an important part of enhancing the environment of our estates and of ensuring our customers’ homes are welcoming and a great place to live. Activities in scope include, but are not limited to: -Gardening and maintenance of green areas -Removal of litter and debris from green areas and hard standing areas such as paths, car parks, roads, patios -Removal of invasive weeds, plants, ivies and self-rooting trees -Graffiti removal from communal walls and areas -Basic tree maintenance -Snow and ice clearance as required -Clearance of gully and storm drains -Management of bin collection -Optional pricing will be requested for pest control and treeworks Keywords: Gardening
