Estates Services – Provision of Cleaning Services

Tender description

This contract is for the provision of cleaning to the communal areas of our estates. The tender specification will set out in detail of the required activities, expected outcomes and frequencies of these services. The provision of these services is an important part of enhancing the environment of our estates and of ensuring our customers’ homes are welcoming and a great place to live. Activities in scope include, but are not limited to: -Periodic and deep cleaning of communal and office areas, from floor to ceiling -Responsive cleaning of communal areas, including flash cleaning, removals of sharps, needles and hazardous waste -Internal and external window cleaning -Minor compliance activities including legionella flush tests, meter readings, fire alarm testing, adjustment of clocks, emergency lighting testing -Minor ad hoc activities such as changing of light bulbs, cleaning of external bin rooms and storage areas -Ad hoc sparkle clean for void properties -Optional pricing will be requested for bulk rubbish and fly tipping removal, and gutter clearances Keywords: cleaning
