Brief Description of the Works Constructed in the early 1990s the National Oceanography Centre The BBSRC Finance and Campus Operations Group is seeking to commission refurbishment works for domestic dwellings, as part of its ongoing refurbishment and maintenance programmes. The project includes external and internal works to two vacant properties, such as inspecting and reporting on roof conditions, renewal of flooring, alterations to kitchen units and internal decorations works. All of the works are to be completed in line with the specification.
